We're developing our global Frontline Support Services department into a top-notch service organization that empowers colleagues worldwide.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Play a key role in providing tech support to our 2,000+ fashion stores across Europe.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve service requests to keep our colleagues focused on their tasks.
  • Offer remote support for our retail store systems and applications.
  • Ensure all registrations follow established guidelines (ITIL).
  • Encourage user adoption of self-service solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on applications and systems.
  • Help us continuously improve our global Tech Service Desk.
  • Champion user needs within the Tech department and see tickets through to resolution.

 

What you Bring:

  • Experience with POS systems (a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English (every other extra language is a bonus!)
  • A solid understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with network concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
  • Passion for IT and technical solutions.
