What will you do?

Build and manage a portfolio of new business clients in the German market

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals and recommending tailored Google Ads solutions

Generate new business through outbound sales activities and identify opportunities to increase advertising investment

Develop high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Identify customer needs and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators

Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market trends while delivering outstanding service

Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments.
Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.
Deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to persuasively explain complex ideas and handle sophisticated ROI questions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team.
Solid business acumen with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and analyze market trends to inform strategic positioning.

Full-time hybrid position (39 hours per week) based in Barcelona
Gross annual salary of €23,876.19 and up to €3,407.56 gross per year bonus
