Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing team! Are you looking to build your international career in the thrilling iGaming industry and have a passion for helping people? Then this opportunity is for you!
You can choose to work from the office in Malta, Sofia, Limassol or then fully remote from anywhere!
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support in Italian by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- EU-Citizenship
- A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
