Your responsibilities

• Address the questions and concerns of Dutch-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.
• Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.

Your Profile

• Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our Dutch-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Possess outstanding communication skills.
• Are keen to learn.
• (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
