What will you do?
- Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness
- Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action

- Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in French and English (B1 or higher), both written and spoken
- Experience in Finance or Accounting is mandatory
- Experience working with CRM systems or claims management software is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
