Compensation
Option 1: €1,050 gross per month + free accommodation in a private room within a shared Lisbon-area apartment.
Option 2: €1,306 gross per month without accommodation.

Role Overview
As an Operations Customer Expert and Short Video Content Moderator, you will help keep the platform safe and in line with community guidelines. You will review user-generated content across text, images, audio, and short videos. Your goal is to spot violations, apply policy accurately, and support a respectful online space.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with platform standards.

• Remove or flag content that violates community or legal guidelines.

• Moderate comments, posts, and user appeals.

• Label and classify content for proper handling and organization.

• Report trends, recurring issues, and noteworthy cases.

• Coordinate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when needed.

• Work within a rotating 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.

• Strong focus and ability to work independently in a structured environment.

• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive or distressing content with professionalism.

• Adaptability and willingness to keep up with frequent policy updates.

• Previous experience in moderation or social media is a plus.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

€1,050 - 1,306 per year + relocation
