As part of Acqua di Parma Italia, the Marketing Support will support the Marketing Team within the following activities:

• Support Trade Marketing and Merchandising to manage materials pop, special out of the box activities, orders in SAP.
• Support CRM's activities (translations and production of all materials specified by HQ) and implement and survey the Dem calendar, analyses results and interface with HQ team.
• Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries
• Develop and manage reports, analysis, and presentations
• Research and conception of innovative always-on animation and consumer engagement activities, with the aim of improving the customer experience across all offline and types of point of sales in an omnichannel approach
• Manage all the materials needed for web & social media plan (editorial plan, platform, content, image) in line with communication plan and HQ guidelines
• Support in preparation of local sales events/meeting
• Daily interaction with Acqua di Parma Italia departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication Design or equivalent is required
• Passionate about the Luxury Industry and customer centric attitude
• Highly organized and flexible mindset, with the ability to adapted to fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point), SAP will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and proactivity approach Fluent in English
