DESCRIPTION
As an International Growth Consultant you act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals.
As an International Growth Consultant, you will focus on driving international business and global client growth. You will understand customer business needs and growth ambitions, leveraging sales expertise, problem-solving skills, and influence with key stakeholders. You will identify insights, deliver recommendations, and solve complex problems for major brands, startups, and scaleups. Collaboration, mentorship, and sharing expertise are central to success within this team environment.
In this role, you will have the autonomy and support to achieve business goals by collaborating with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers. The goal is to educate and enable customers to utilize Google insights, technology and solutions, including AI, for rapid scaling and expansion. The impact of these consultants on customer growth is frequently highlighted in company performance reports.
Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to work with client/partner leadership and stakeholders to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), review JBPs and provide input to improve the JBPs or add agreement/services.
- Use analytical insights to align products and offerings with clients'/partners’ marketing objectives, leveraging and collaborating with product specialist teams and create forward-thinking and data-driven stories, narratives, and sales pitches.
- Build dashboards to generate, synthesize, and report relevant data to clients/partners, develop or use tools to analyze or forecast client/partner business, the industry, or consumer behaviors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of business, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making and analyze/build an understanding of client/partner business and stakeholders.
