In this role, you will support customers throughout their ownership journey, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards of a globally recognized automotive brand.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels
• Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle-related inquiries, and roadside assistance requests
• Provide support for connected vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems, and subscription-based features
• Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests, and customer follow-ups
• Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality

What you will bring:

• Fluency in Slovak (minimum C1 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
• Interest in the automotive industry is considered a plus
• Driver’s license and geographical awareness will be considered advantageous
