About Our Client

We are thrilled to partner with a leading global tobacco company known for its commitment to innovation and delivering exceptional, high-quality products. They are expanding their customer support operations, and we are building a brand-new, dedicated team to represent their brand excellence.

We are seeking a motivated and service-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a chance to be part of a launch team, shaping the customer experience from day one.

 

What Your Day Looks Like (Key Responsibilities):

As a vital brand ambassador, you will be:

  • Delivering High-Quality Support: Professionally assisting customers across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
  • Becoming a Product Expert: Quickly developing a thorough understanding of the client's products, brand identity, and the industry landscape to provide accurate, expert-level information.
  • Solving Complex Inquiries: Proactively conducting necessary research and investigation to gather relevant data and provide comprehensive, accurate solutions to customer concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Near Native level of Slovenian, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work both on your own and within a team
  • High school education

  • Full-time role with working shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
