Your Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth customer service in Swedish to customers
- Handle technical customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
- Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for connection, device, or system issues
- Advise customers on how to get the most out of their products and services
- Help customers correctly configure their devices and accounts
- Inform customers about alternative configurations and solutions
- Help customers complete successful processes and understand the root causes of their problems
EXIGENCES
- Proficient in Swedish
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide customers through complex procedures
- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Good patience when dealing with frustrated customers
- Organized and methodical thinker
- Basic skills in working with CRM tools
- Independent and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
- Android users preferred
- Strong PC skills
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and work from the office
