DESCRIERE
Workster is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris, France.
This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales. You’ll represent premium beauty products, engage directly with customers, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. No previous sales experience is required, as full training is provided.
For eligible candidates relocating to France, the company provides relocation support, including a paid flight to Paris and accommodation at a subsidized daily rate.
Your Role
- Represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics
- Approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products
- Demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively
- Build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards
- Work full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00
- Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment
CERINȚE
- French B2 or above
- English B2 or above
- Energetic, positive, confident, and highly motivated
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills
- Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required
- Available to work full-time in Paris
- EU citizenship or a valid French work permit is required
