💰 Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus

At Adecco, we are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join the team at Teleperformance Spain and work on a global project for Google Ads, supporting new clients in launching and optimizing their first advertising campaigns.
🧠 What will your responsibilities be?
• Guide and consult a portfolio of new clients in setting up their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns in Google Ads.
• Understand customer goals and provide tailored digital marketing strategies.
• Promote campaign growth through upselling, optimization, and long-term sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone.
Work towards individual and team targets in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
REQUIREMENTS
What do we need from you?
- C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads or PPC platforms is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
- Organized and able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about customer success and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.
