DESCRIPTION
United Call Centers is a global BPO company providing multilingual customer support services for leading international brands. We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking professional to join our remote team and handle customer service activities for a well-known European e-commerce company in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Dutch
- Provide excellent service and accurate information to customers
- Support order management, returns, and product inquiries
- Collaborate with the international support team to ensure high-quality service
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional level of Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Previous customer service experience
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Eligible to work as a self-employed freelancer
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, during regular Dutch business hours (please note that on this project, there is unfortunately no possibility to work part time hours)
