About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily operations for fresh and frozen product storage and distribution. You'll lead a team to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with French and EU food safety regulations — while collaborating closely with our international logistics teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily warehouse operations for fresh and frozen goods — receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch.
• Oversee temperature-controlled zones, ensuring product quality and cold chain integrity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse teams to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management and HQ.
• Collaborate with Chinese HQ and cross-border teams on logistics coordination and system updates.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in fresh/frozen logistics or cold chain operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience using WMS/logistics systems.
• Flexible and hands-on mindset — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
