DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Dutch & French-speaking IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-line technical support to end users in an enterprise IT environment.
You will be the first point of contact for users handling and managing support tickets and troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other end-user technologies. You will investigate issues, identify possible causes and work towards a resolution, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate technical teams when required.
The role is ideal for someone with previous IT Support or Service Desk experience, a structured troubleshooting approach and strong communication skills. As you will be supporting users directly, the ability to communicate clearly, remain patient and provide a professional customer experience is just as important as your technical foundation.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end users.
- Receive, register, prioritize and manage IT support tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint and Citrix. Gather information and ask relevant questions to understand symptoms and identify possible root causes.
- Assess the impact and urgency of incidents and service requests.
- Resolve technical issues independently within your scope of responsibility.
- Escalate unresolved or more complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Follow tickets through to resolution and keep users informed of their progress.
- Accurately document incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Deliver clear, professional and customer-focused support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other technical teams when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in both Dutch and French is required.
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or a similar technical support position.
- Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID or Intune is considered an advantage.
- Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to investigate issues and identify possible causes rather than relying solely on predefined scripts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
