DESCRIPTION
Join an exciting Generative AI project and help improve the quality, accuracy, and reliability of cutting-edge AI systems.
As a Labeling & Evaluation Agent, you will review and evaluate AI-generated content, including chatbot responses, identifying errors and assessing outputs against established quality guidelines. Your feedback will directly contribute to the training and continuous improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Review, label, and evaluate AI-generated responses.
- Assess content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and safety.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Apply detailed evaluation and annotation guidelines consistently.
- Meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
**All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.

REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level German language skills (C2) + English fluent
- Highschool Certificate needed
- Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
- Patience to communicate and solve issues
- Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
