Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers of our green mobility industry clients.
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure top-notch service.
• Adapt to rotating shifts within the operating hours: 7:00 - 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday.

• Excellent German language knowledge (C2 level is required!) and fluent English language knowledge.
• Must be located in the EU.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as a self-employed person/freelancer.
