The Role

We are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Málaga. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home while also collaborating with colleagues at a modern office in the heart of the city. You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, helping them with technical support, account queries, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support in Norwegian6 via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EV chargers and software.
• Guide customers through setup, usage, and resolution steps.
• Work closely with technical teams on complex cases.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Share feedback to help improve products and services.
• Contribute to FAQs and customer resources.

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker, with strong English skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or technical helpdesk preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and motivated to learn about EV charging technologies.
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with some days in the Málaga office.
