Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to Málaga, Spain

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Technical Customer Service Consultant for sunny Malaga! Could you be the one we should talk to?
In this position, you will provide world-class customer service and support to the clients of a growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main tasks will be solving customer challenges and providing support via phone and email.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute both individually and as a team member to deliver excellent quality and productivity standards that meet and ideally exceed customer expectations.
- Provide installers with effective solutions through information sharing and analytical troubleshooting, coordinated further to the customers.
- Handle confidential information.
- Work with service and quality at every stage.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Proactively ensure all requests are answered.
- Perform other required tasks as needed – e.g., administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Practical experience within communication and customer service.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Experienced working with a computer.
- Organizational, structural, and analytical skills.
- Strong focus on problem-solving; goal- and service-oriented.
- Contributes actively to the team’s success.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
