Customer Travel Support Specialist with German (C1) & English (B2)

Now, for one of our clients — a global technology provider specializing in customer experience solutions for major international brands — we are looking for a Customer Travel Support Specialist with German and English.

Your Role:
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring top service quality
Assist customers with reservation requests and guide them through the booking process
Provide accurate information about accommodations, services, and travel options
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, creating positive experiences for travelers and partners
Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Contribute to achieving and exceeding satisfaction and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
German (C1 level) – fluent communication
English (B2 level) – confident working proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Good MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable multitasking
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally
