For one of our clients – a top innovator in digital solutions and AI automation, optimizing global 
brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – 
Customer Service Consultant with Croatian and English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional support via phone and email;
*Listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer clear, effective solutions;
*Create positive customer experiences by delivering timely and accurate assistance;
*Build trust through every interaction while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
*Collaborate with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
*Fluent Croatian with a good command of English;
*Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude;
*A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment;
*A problem-solving mindset with good organizational skills and attention to detail;
*Team player with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for helping others
*Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
