Compensation Options
- Option 1: €2,390 gross/month + free accommodation
(Private room in a shared apartment/house in the Lisbon area, with allowances included) - Option 2: €2,823 gross/month
(For candidates who do not require company-provided accommodation; allowances included)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, Hebrew-speaking Advertising Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will build strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, identify growth opportunities, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions that align with each client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with new and existing clients (agencies and advertisers) via phone, chat, and email.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide consultative recommendations to meet client goals.
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients, driving growth and optimizing advertising performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of client industries, market trends, and business models.
- Customize advertising strategies to suit local business nuances and objectives.
- Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Gain and maintain expert knowledge of social media advertising solutions and measurement tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and solving issues proactively.
- Share feedback and best practices to enhance the advertiser experience.
- Produce success stories and case studies of client growth through effective advertising.
- Support clients with pre- and post-sales assistance as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Hebrew (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus
- Motivated, curious, and client-focused professional with a problem-solving mindset
- Candidates must already have work permission for Portugal ie EU Passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.
