DESCRIPTION
As an Account Strategist you act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience meeting quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Experience with customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies.
- Experience pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in the Netherlands, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
