What will you do?

• Provide quality assurance by ensuring all client product integrations are completed
• Drive implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program customers
• Ensure customer success through strong adoption, usage, and engagement
• Maintain deep understanding of product features to guide customers on best practices
• Track customer lifecycle milestones such as onboarding and activation goals
• Record customer activity in a timely manner in the CRM system
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile

• Fluency in German and English
• Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify growth opportunities
• Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work confidently with clients and internal teams
• Strong time management and ability to work independently within deadlines
• Experience working with queues/cases/tickets in CRM platforms
• Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships
