What You'll Do

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns.

Identify and qualify high-potential prospects within your assigned portfolio.

Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their business challenges.

Assess customer needs and position cloud solutions that align with their goals.

Build value and create qualified sales opportunities for the next stage of the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate customer information, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.

Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success.

Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Native-level (C2) German and professional-level (C1) English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience selling or implementing cloud platform solutions.

Experience in outbound B2B sales, prospecting, and cold calling.

Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the German, Austrian, and Swiss (DACH) markets and business culture.

Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

Ability to manage complex stakeholder structures and customer environments.
