German Speaking Technical Sales Specialist
DESCRIPTION
Location: Athens, Greece
Role: German Speaking Technical Sales Specialist – Digital Advertising
Salary package:
Basic Salary: €1,500 gross per month x 14 salaries per year
Fixed Project Bonus: €300 gross per month
Performance Bonus: Up to €250 gross per month
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week between Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Relocation package: flight reimbursement plus 4 weeks accomodation plus assistance in finding long term accomodation in Athens
Are you a German speaker with experience in technical sales, digital advertising or online marketing? Do you enjoy helping businesses improve their digital performance while identifying opportunities for growth? We are recruiting a German Speaking Technical Sales Specialist to join an international team in Athens, Greece. Our client is a leading global provider of customer experience and digital business solutions, supporting some of the world's most recognised technology brands.
In this role, you will work closely with business advertisers, helping them implement, optimise and expand their digital advertising solutions. You will combine your technical knowledge with a commercial mindset to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and help businesses achieve better results from their advertising investments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in digital marketing, technical sales or advertising account management who enjoys both problem-solving and developing commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business advertisers to understand their needs, challenges and advertising objectives.
- Recommend suitable digital advertising products, features and technical solutions.
- Support advertisers with campaign activation, implementation, configuration and optimisation.
- Analyse advertising performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign results and return on advertising spend.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and advise customers on effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth and adoption of additional advertising features.
- Build strong customer relationships and work towards commercial and performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and English.
- Experience in technical sales, ideally within digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales or account management.
- Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign performance, targeting and optimisation.
- Experience advising customers on technical solutions, campaign setup, implementation or troubleshooting.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify upselling and revenue growth opportunities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and customer-focused approach.
