DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Russian speaking Client Advisor
Salary package: 1,050€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, performance bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1,237€ gross p/m if you choose the option without accomodation).
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week rotational between Monday to Sunday from 07:00h till 24:00h.
Relocation support: fligth reimbursement and company accommodation
We are looking for Russian-speaking Client Advisor to join our client’s team in Lisbon. You’ll be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them grow through exceptional customer service and advertising support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the digital advertising space, supporting businesses using one of the world’s leading social and marketing platforms. You will provide guidance and solutions across a variety of communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to SMBs across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing self-serve advertising tools to grow their businesses.
- Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support, helping customers manage and optimize their campaigns.
- Offer product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to suggest improvements and resolve wider concerns for multiple SMB clients.
- Work closely with internal teams by sharing insights and feedback to contribute to product development and refinement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Russian, with good English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience or interest in digital marketing, online advertising, or customer support is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
