About the job
As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll help Dutch-speaking customers place orders, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent service. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage customer accounts, and resolve any queries efficiently. With ongoing training and support, you’ll develop valuable sales and customer service skills while working in a friendly, international environment.
What is your daily life like?
- Answer calls and assist Dutch-speaking customers with their orders.

REQUIREMENTS
✔ Fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level or higher).
✔ Good English skills for internal communication.
✔ Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
✔ EU work permit or eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
