Responsibilities:
- Customer advice by telephone and email;
- Helping customers with issues / situations that might arise.
- You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone);
- Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way;
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face)
- Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.

- At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training

OFFER

- Full accommodation in shared apartment, individual room for yourself.

- Salary: 1300 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) without accommodation / 1000 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) with accommodation & expenses included plus performance bonuses.
