About the company

What will you do?
- Handle calls, emails, and chats in French with professionalism and care.
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about promotions and current offers.
- Address account and billing issues, upsell services, troubleshoot, and manage fraudulent orders and returns—always following provided guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering empathetic and professional service.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system, including shipping instructions.
- Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in French (C1/C2) with good command of English (B2+).
- You must possess the legal documents required to work in Greece (EU passport or valid work visa).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shift-based work schedules.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus!
