Your Responsibilities

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
• Provide high-quality customer service
• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
• Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information

Your Profile

• German is your first language, and you are fluent in English B2
• You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
• You have an interest in online marketing products
• You are a strategic thinker
