The job

You will support as Content Moderator in our contact center in Lisbon, Portugal.

The to be removed content can contain (among others) criminal acts, torture, violence, hate speech and cyberbullying, terrorism and violence against animals. This project includes 20+ departments, during your first day of training you will be informed forwhich department within Content Moderating you will be specialized.

The goal would be for each specialized department to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform while providing a seamless experience for users.

The activities

• Content moderation of the content in the Dutch language of the app;
• Remove and block content, and filter, order and analyse information;
• Content management to avoid certain aspects of cyber crime;
• Remove content which does not meet ethical and/or legal requirements;
• Setting labels on videos;
• Reviewing advertisements and live streams.

• Proficient level of Dutch speaker
• EU citizen
• Interested in working and living in Lisbon, Portugal
• Good communication skills
