We are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting customers using medical devices.

In this role, you will provide professional and empathetic technical support, helping customers troubleshoot device-related issues, understand product functionality, and access appropriate repair or replacement services when required.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer documentation and ensuring all interactions are handled in accordance with established support, quality, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Polish and English via the appropriate communication channels.

Assist customers with technical issues relating to medical devices.

Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, step-by-step guidance.

Explain product functionality and usage to customers.

Coordinate repair, replacement, or escalation processes when required.

Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Follow all company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Ensure customers receive accurate, professional, and timely support.

Escalate complex or sensitive technical issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting agreed performance targets and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

Polish language: C2 level

English language: C1 level

Minimum High School Diploma

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Comfortable working with technical information and customer-support systems.

Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements.

Desirable

Previous customer service or contact-centre experience.

Experience providing technical support.

Experience working with medical devices, healthcare products, or within a regulated environment.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary: €1,329 gross per month

Performance bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI performance

Signing bonus: €2,000 paid in instalments
