We are looking for a
BDR Team Lead to join a fast-growing B2B sales organization in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front - owning outbound success, building team capability, and helping shape the next generation of sales excellence.

What will you do?
- Manage a team of 3–5 BDRs, driving performance through 1:1 coaching, training, and structured development plans
- Personally deliver 20–25 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month while setting the standard for outbound execution
- Own and report on KPIs across SQL volume, response rates, and conversion efficiency
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success on outreach strategies and lead feedback
- Lead weekly performance reviews, standups, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and clarity
- Optimize outbound workflows, evolve sales playbooks, and maintain excellence in process and tools
- Oversee and improve use of sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot)
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members, contributing to team expansion
- Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration
