Your Role:

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:

Providing professional and friendly support to Portuguese-speaking customers;
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels;
Assisting customers with product-related questions and solutions;
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience;
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Native or fluent level of Portuguese;

• Good level of English (B2 or higher);

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude;

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Need to be an EU Citizen or have a valid VISA to live and work in Greece (mandatory)
