 For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are looking for – Services Specialist with Portuguese .

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls in Portuguese , delivering top-notch service;
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and general hotel info;
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction;
• Share details about hotels, resorts, and vacation options;
• Keep accurate records of all interactions;
• Work with other teams to solve guest concerns.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Portuguese, strong English skills;
• Customer support experience is a plus;
• Great problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
• Detail-oriented and well-organized;
• Friendly, professional, and service-driven attitude;
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
