What will you do?
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related queries
Handle technical support requests, troubleshooting issues related to digital products and online platforms
Support pre-sales inquiries and provide product/service information
Manage and document cases in internal systems (in English)
Collaborate with internal teams and technical specialists to resolve issues
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience
