DESCRIPTION
Location: Greece - work from home
Role: French speaking Inbound Sales Advisor - remote
Salary: Basic monthly salary of 1054 EUR gross plus 50 EUR fixed project bonus p/m plus meal vouchers of 132 EUR net p/m and work from home allowance of 30 EUR net p/m
Hours: 40 hrs per week rotational
The Role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will represent an Energy provider for the Belgium market. You will receive warm leads from inbound calls and live chat queries in relation to energy packages, pricing calculation and invoice queries. Providing information in relation to tariffs and discuss the advantages for the client switching to this new energy provider is part of your daily tasks. Besides this you will ensure relevant customer details are received for contract creation - your ultimate goal is to ensure contract signing is taking place.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French
- Good command of English
- Ability to multi-task and being patient!
- Flexible attitude
- Computer literate
- Target driven
- Eagerness to learn and develop
