You will manage the full recruitment cycle for the French market — combining sales, business development, and relationship management.
Your mission: build your client portfolio, source top talent, negotiate offers, and drive revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
Native French speaker with good English
Are ambitious, resilient, competitive
Love a commercial environment and working towards targets
Are motivated by high earnings and career progression
Are ready to relocate to Prague and work 100% onsite
Have experience in recruitment, sales, business development, hospitality management, retail management, customer service, or any target‑driven role
OFFER
€1,472 gross/month + uncapped commission (12%–32%)
New Starter Bonus up to €412/month for the first 4 months
Clear career path — many consultants become Team Leaders within 1–2 years
Full training (6–12 weeks) to turn you into a market specialist
A dynamic, international office environment
Permanent contract + 25–28 days of holiday
