We're on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

What you will do in this role

As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:

• Support some of the clients' products/services including wifi, laptops and wearables through email, phone and chat channels
• Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting
• Respond to incoming calls, email and from end users
• Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
• Gather information from customers and advise on Google policies.

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and advanced level of English
• Have familiarity/aptitude with networks (Proxy Settings, Routers, Internet Modems, Ethernet), Android Operating Systems and Online Apps
• Have proficient PC skills
• Are a team player and a quick learner
• Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)

It will be a plus if you have:

• Six months or more experience in front-line technical customer service role
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary
