What will you do?
- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct needs analyses and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successfully closing new business
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer success handover
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2)
- +1 of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and the online advertising ecosystem
- Experience in consultative sales and lead qualification
- Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Experience working with databases is an advantage
- Knowledge of AI platforms or advertising technology is considered a plus
