CRM Content Executive - Bilingual French & English

Your role at Tech4sGroup:

• Design copy for both on-site and off-site CRM communication channels that support the brand and generate results (i.e.: customer conversion, retention and reactivation…)
• Leading conceptual thinking and development of campaign work, for large calendar events and new recurring campaigns
• Owning the company Tone Of Voice on a brand and market level
• Ensuring that the content is in line with market trends and regulations
• Leading copy execution for cross-channel and direct-marketing campaigns
• Become an expert on brand positioning and awareness focusing on originality and differentiation
• Staying aware of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech
• Helping and supporting other CRM team members with daily tasks if needed

Profile Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills in French (French Native level is mandatory)
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
• Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Experienced researcher and problem solver
• Ability to meet deadlines
