Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their subscription, invoicing, troubleshooting
- Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
- Deliver a high-quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English
- You are already based in Portugal
- You are motivated and committed to your work
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
