Support clients via digital channels for a leading road infrastructure company in Portugal
Join a leading Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management with over 25 years of experience. Experts in operation, maintenance, toll collection, and asset management. Recognized for innovation, operational efficiency, and international expansion.
- Assist customers via digital channels, helping with toll payments, service inquiries, or billing issues.
- Clarify customer doubts and ensure accurate information regarding Ascendi’s services.
- Handle requests from external entities (police, legal authorities, etc.) with professionalism.
- Record customer interactions in the system to ensure proper documentation.
- Perform billing, revenue collection, and reconciliation when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in German (spoken and written) and have a good command of English.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- You are customer-oriented, organized, and eager to deliver high-quality service.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and can handle inquiries efficiently.
- You are available to work full-time on rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00).
