German Customer Service Representative - Work in Porto

Support clients via digital channels for a leading road infrastructure company in Portugal

• Assist customers via digital channels, helping with toll payments, service inquiries, or billing issues.
• Clarify customer doubts and ensure accurate information regarding Ascendi’s services.
• Handle requests from external entities (police, legal authorities, etc.) with professionalism.
• Record customer interactions in the system to ensure proper documentation.
• Perform billing, revenue collection, and reconciliation when necessary.

• You are fluent in German (spoken and written) and have a good command of English.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• You are customer-oriented, organized, and eager to deliver high-quality service.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and can handle inquiries efficiently.
• You are available to work full-time on rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00).

• Monthly gross salary up to €1,498
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses: paid monthly
