We’re currently hiring German-speaking professionals for part-time freelance projects involving outbound calling, lead qualification, and client engagement.
Current Projects
1. Sales Development – Vacation Rental Platform
Start: August 21
20 hrs/week
€15/hour + bonuses
Morning + afternoon shifts
Tasks: Cold calling homeowners, qualifying leads, CRM updates
2. B2B Outbound Caller – Industrial Components
Start: August 18
30 hrs/week
€13/hour (training), €14/hour (active calls)
Tasks: B2B calling, lead engagement (no sales), CRM data management
REQUIREMENTS
What We Look For
Language:
Fluent German + good English
Experience:
Outbound calling, SDR, or lead generation (B2B or B2C)
CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), online platforms
Skills:
Confident communicator
Objection handling, relationship-building
Organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated
Tech Setup:
Wired internet + USB headset
Windows 11+ or macOS 13+
Minimum 1.8GHz processor, 8GB RAM
