Your mission
You'll help businesses discover how AI-powered advertising can take their digital marketing to the next level.
This isn't just about making sales. It's about understanding business challenges, finding smart solutions, and building relationships that create real impact.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Connect with potential business clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Discover new business opportunities and turn conversations into successful deals
- Understand what businesses need and show them how AI advertising solutions can help
- Own your sales journey, from the first conversation to closing the deal
- Build and manage your pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools
- Work towards clear, achievable sales targets and earn bonuses for your performance
- Collaborate with international teams and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
REQUIREMENTS
Is this you?
You don't need to know everything about AI, but you should be curious about technology, confident in sales, and motivated to keep improving.
What we're looking for:
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level
- Around 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
- Confidence in reaching out to new clients, generating leads, and handling sales conversations
- A good understanding of digital marketing, including online advertising, SEO, or PPC
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with business decision-makers
- A proactive mindset, commercial ambition, and motivation to achieve targets
- Interest in AI, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
Bonus points if: You've worked with advertising technology, AI tools, or digital marketing solutions before.
