Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating content in accordance with provided guidelines and standards.
- Identifying and labeling relevant information and features during content review.
- Verifying compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Assessing content relevance, accuracy, and quality based on predefined criteria.
- Identifying potential guideline violations and developing corresponding solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve continuous improvements in content, processes, and tools.
- Creating reports and statistical analyses on the reviewed content.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
- German native speaker or proficient at a strong C1 level.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in a dynamic operational setting, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously.
- Clear and organized communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality output within designated timeframes.
- Possession of a customer-centric and proactive problem-solving mindset.
