German-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analyst

We are hiring German-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analysts to join an international team supporting a leading digital platform. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that platform policies are consistently applied.

Your Responsibilities

Review user-generated and back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Take prompt and appropriate action when content or activity violates guidelines or presents potential risks.

Apply internal policies accurately and consistently.

Investigate and identify patterns of behaviour that may indicate fraud, spam, abuse, or other risks.

Make informed decisions and clearly explain the reasoning behind them.

Stay up to date with policy changes and operational procedures.

Manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Fluent German language skills.

B2 level or higher in English.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to explain and defend decisions with clear reasoning.

Ability to identify patterns and trends in user behaviour.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with sensitive information.

Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and the culture of the markets you will support.

Previous experience in fraud investigation, spam detection, content moderation, or Trust & Safety is an advantage.
