DESCRIPTION

German-speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist in Lisbon. Join an international team in Portugal and grow your career in tech support and digital products.

Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference.
Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
Guide, support, and train customers on how to use the products.
Deliver a high-quality service experience while meeting performance and quality targets.
Support clients in a dynamic environment focused on critical and high-visibility programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Native or fluent level of German.
Good command of English for daily communication in an international environment.
Interest in technology, digital products, and online marketing.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and video calls.
Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven mindset.
Previous experience in customer support, implementation, tech support, or digital services is a plus.
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

OFFER

Portuguese employment contract with a forecast duration of 12 months.
Private health insurance from the moment the contract is signed.
Paid training of 9 weeks, including technical and product training plus nesting.
Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
22 vacation days per year according to Portuguese labor law.
Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid in monthly installments.
Meal allowance.
Performance bonus of up to €300 gross per month, based on targets.
