- Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference.
- Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
- Guide, support, and train customers on how to use the products.
- Deliver a high-quality service experience while meeting performance and quality targets.
- Support clients in a dynamic environment focused on critical and high-visibility programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent level of German.
- Good command of English for daily communication in an international environment.
- Interest in technology, digital products, and online marketing.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and video calls.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support, implementation, tech support, or digital services is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
OFFER
- Portuguese employment contract with a forecast duration of 12 months.

- Paid training of 9 weeks, including technical and product training plus nesting.
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 22 vacation days per year according to Portuguese labor law.

- Performance bonus of up to €300 gross per month, based on targets.
