Sales Agent with fluent Italian

We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Sales Agent to join the Barcelona team. You will engage with potential students, understand their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads generated by the Marketing team.
• Investigate clients' needs and recommend the most suitable educational programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
• Guide clients from first contact through program booking.
• Transfer booked clients to the Customer Care team for ongoing support.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements:

• Native-level Italian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
