German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,300 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (€18,200 gross annually)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries efficiently, communicating clearly and professionally, and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support through phone, live chat, and email.
Respond to customer enquiries accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service quality and performance standards.
Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer concerns.
Communicate effectively with customers in both German and English.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
Share feedback, updates, and suggestions to support continuous improvement.
Adapt to changing processes, procedures, and customer needs.
Use digital platforms and social media tools effectively when supporting customers.
Requirements
German proficiency at C1/C2 level or native speaker.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or technical support.
Experience with help desks, IT support, or troubleshooting is highly desirable.
At least one year of sales experience.
Proven experience communicating with customers by phone and email.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, internet-based systems, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a remote or collaborative team.
Flexibility and adaptability when dealing with changing procedures and information.
A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people.
Willingness to undergo a background screening process.
